Directions to Amelia Ladies Hostel near Infopark: A Step-by-Step Guide
Reaching Amelia Ladies Hostel (near Kusumagiri Hospital, Kakkanad) is convenient from all major transit hubs in Kochi. Since the hostel is just about 1.2 km from Infopark, most Infopark-bound transport will drop you very close.

- LuLu Mall (Edappally): Numerous buses headed to Kakkanad/Infopark stop at the Edappally junction. Since it’s only about 6–7 km away, an Uber or Rapido is very affordable and usually takes under 20 minutes.
3. From Nearby Metro Stations
- Palarivattom Metro: This is the primary “gateway” to Kakkanad. Almost every bus passing this station heading east goes to Kakkanad. It’s the best spot to catch a quick bus or a Rapido bike.
- CUSAT Metro: Ideal if you are coming from the Aluva side. You can find feeder buses or local private buses that connect through the HMT/Kalamassery route directly to Kakkanad.
Travel Tips:
- Bus: Always ask the conductor if the bus goes via Kusumagiri or Infopark. Get down at the Kusumagiri Hospital stop, and the hostel is just a short walk from there.
- Uber/Ola: Simply set your destination to “Amelia Ladies Hostel, Kusumagiri”. It is a well-known landmark for drivers in the area.
